The nice lady who is a waiter. Always nice to see her

Booked 2 rooms and got one on the street side when I asked in advance not to. The reception didn't care so I cancelled the rest on my days and went to a different hotel. Not gonna come again that'd for sure.

The room, the hotel amenities and the location were perfect. The price was also very reasonable and the staff very pleasant and helpful. My wife and I were there for several nights and we’ll certainly stay there on our next visit to Nakuru.
