The hotel is stunning - both the common spaces and the room itself. Margarida was so friendly and accomodating - she welcomed us when we arrived, and made sure that we had breakfast delivered early to our room when a tour unexpectedly changed the start time at the last minute, as well as on checkout. She made us feel so welcome and taken care of - she is truly what made the stay in a beautiful and well appointed place top tier!

"Een oase midden in het centrum"

We stapte de grote deur can Casa do Cativo binnen en werden direct gegroet door een sportieve, actieve dame met een vriendelijke uitstraling. Margarida! Je voelt je gelijk welkom. We kregen een rondleiding en het hotel is echt een oase binnen het centrum van Porto. De kamers zijn mooi ruim met een kleine keuken. De service beviel ons enorm. Margarida is super attent. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk. En omdat we vroeg in de ochtend weer weg moesten, werd ontbijt alvast op onze kamer klaar gezet. Vervoer naar het vliegveld werd ook voor ons geregeld tegen een hele goede prijs. Ik zou Casa do Cativo zeker aanraden. Wij komen zeker terug.

위치와 조식이 좋았고 사장님도 친절했어요

숙소 바닥이 나무바닥이라 그런건지 먼지나 진드기 있는곳을 가면 비염알레르기가 올라오는데 머무는동안 너무 괴로웠습니다

L’accueil de Margarida, le confort, la propreté, le petit-déjeuner de qualité, l’emplacement au cœur de la ville. C’était un vrai plaisir de profiter de tout ce qu’offre cet hôtel.

Margarida is een heel gastvrije dame en zorgt ervoor dat je in de watten gelegd wordt tijdens het verblijf. Zij en haar team zorgen voor een goed ontbijt, propere kamer en geeft gouden raad.
