"Great location with stunning views, but property needs to cleaner and updated."

Excellent location with parking and stunning views of the bay and Brixham harbour.

Unfortunately we found it unclean, cobwebs, smears on dining table, crumbs on arms of settee and black hairs were found on the shower screen bathroom floor. Balcony also needed a good sweep up. TV stopped on last night (no signal)

Excellent location. Short walk into town

The whole apartment has a damp smell which needs to be addressed. A coat of paint would improve the tired look of the whole apartment. Also could be cleaner in the shower cubicle. Otherwise a great location for enjoying Brixham. Rob the host was friendly and welcoming. Would consider booking again.

The location parking

Could have done with a bathmat. Had to buy basic condiments like pepper No scourer in the kitchen so cups weren't very clean. Too much furniture in the living room could have taken a chair out and had a side/ coffee table

Was greeted by Rob on arrival who was just SO lovely and very informative about places to go and things to do during our stay. I found the property to be fresh, clean and tidy. My bed was comfy and I slept like a log! The place had everything you would need from a couple of nights stay to a week or longer! I felt so relaxed there. I honestly couldn’t have been happier. I didn’t want to go home. I will absolutely and most definitely be back for sure.

Excellent location really good apartment with amazing views. Rob was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.
