The staff were kind and provided appropriate support. The room was clean and conveniently located in the city. It was helpful for me to keep my large bag even after checking out. Everything was comfortable. thank you very much.

Nothing. Honestly, it was one of the nicest BnB I ever tried.

Apartment was clean and stuff was helpful. Walking distance to all turist places.

Room 5e was very loud, you can hear every car and moped passing the street. You can hear all other guests coming back to their rooms in the middle of the night. Bathroom is not attached to the room, it is private (only for you ) but is on the other site of the hall.

The location was good close to teatro massimo, the guest was there to help us anytime. The room and the bathroom was cleaned everyday. Value for money if you want something close, clean and comfortable.

Perfect location,very friendly staff,I'm sorry I don't speak a lot of Italian so I could interact more but overall it was great. Paola is a great host and the location is perfect. All the important sites are a short walk away. Room is quite spacious,comfortable bed and has all the things you'd expect,air conditioning which was important since it was hot during my stay. 10/10 would book again if I visit Palermo again some day.
