Excellent location to see the centre of Palermo and all its main highlights. Room was good, clean, good bed. No breakfast. Staff was friendly.

The apartment is perfectly situated, just outside of the old City. It is very clean, my room was very spacious and very comfortable. Paola is very friendly and helpful and made good early contact with me as soon as l had booked. My flight got me in early enough for a face to face check in, so everything went smoothly.

Very little. The annex bathrooms are not as good as an en-suite, obviously, but you do have your very own one, with your own key to secure it. It is a common practice for B&Bs/ Guest apartments in the larger, more built-up cities in Italy to have this system and in fairness, it's not a secret. You know when you book that this is the setup here, so no real complaints at all.

The staff was nice, the room was clean and comfortable. We booked a room with an external bathroom - you could lock it so no problems. Good location, you could hear some noise from the street but no problem with ear plugs.

I almost always rate 10/10 because I want to support good businesses. This property has no smoking signs everywhere yet the corridors were constantly smelling of cigarettes. You walk to the bathroom, your hair smells. We informed the staff day 1 but nothing happened. This is the 21st century, this should not happen.
