TimberRose B&B

Loved the feel and atmosphere and beauty of the land. Very cute place. Wish the bed was more comfortable and there is a bird that taps on the window right now a lot, may want to see if there is a way to discourage that. Wish we had more fresh savory food items than sweet carbs available for breakfast, but did like the privacy of this B&B. Animals were great entertainment loved watching them. Suggest getting foot poufs for couch to put feet up. Overall very cute and quaint place.

This place is truly special! Tim and Rose do a wonderful job of making the place unique, quiet, and just what we needed. If you are looking to get away and having some quiet time on a working ranch, this would be the place for you!

Very tranquil and relaxing place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Our dream life, beautiful ranch with an authentic rustic gasthaus. Will return when we get another break.

This was our second time to stay here. The ranch is beautiful, and interacting with the animals roaming around is fun. There is a stocked pond for fishing, and it's a very cozy and peaceful property. Complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine are provided. The location is also close to main street and the wineries on 290.

Traveled to Fredericksburg for July 4th weekend and stayed at TimberRose. Working ranch with three private cottages 8-9miles southeast of town. We stayed in Stone Cottage and loved it. Private jacuzzi and all the amenities you need. Key rig coffee and do it yourself continental breakfast is waiting in your room. Full kitchen and bbq at each cottage. Owners and livestock are very friendly. Deer and other wildlife abundant on the ranch, plus a pond for fishing. Already booking my next trip!!!

Loved the country setting was so calm and peaceful, but you are still close enough to the city for all the fun. The Barn was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The owners had food in the fridge and the place was so clean. The animals all around were so friendly. We will defiantly be making a stop here again.

We found the perfect BnB for a quiet getaway. The owners of Timberrose could not have been more pleasant if they tried. The quality and cleanliness of the property was top notch. Just a short ride to Fredericksburg made visiting the wineries a breeze. Beautiful sunrises each morning and amazing sunsets while relaxing in front of a bonfire made this the perfect trip. Thanks so much for your attention to every detail. We’ll be back soon!
