Awesome place to stay and experience a true Texas hill country getaway!

The stone cottage was excellent. The cows, donkeys and mules was good and unexpected. We really enjoyed meeting Timm and Rose! It was a very good trip!!

I liked the peace and quiet. I didnt like the quality of the bed.

I was so happy to stay here! My favorite part was being around the donkeys, cows, cats and dog. This place is beautiful and peaceful. One of my favorite vacations for sure. It's easy to find and just a short distance to downtown Fredericksburg.

Charming Inn that sits on 50 acres just outside of Fredericksburg. Adorable miniature donkeys greet you at the gate. There are other friendly animals on site as well such as cats, a dog, cows, and you will see wild deer and bunnies. There are three standalone cottages that are clean, quaint, and quiet. The Innkeepers are lovely. Rose is a great cook who made homemade quiches, breakfast breads, and brownies for us which we were able to enjoy in our own cottage. There is a small structure in the field which is perfect for an outdoor wedding ceremony. We will definitely be back!

This was the best vacation my wife and I have EVER had!! It all started with the BEST place you could stay in Fredricksburg, TX. TimberRose B&B is truly 5 stars or 10/10 however you want to grade. The Hosts were friendly and accommodating, the room is was just amazing and the views were breathtaking. waking up to deer in the yard every morning was amazing. This place tops all others in Fredricksburg. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Tim and Rose for an amazing weekend!

We were greeted upon arrival by Tim. He showed us the house and went through the essentials that we would need to know, as well as giving us some local insider information about places to eat and visit while we were down. The house and property were charming and very nice. The breakfast provided was great, with a few options. We really enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a very peaceful get away, this is a great place.

The Stone Cottage is great! Tim and Rose are wonderful hosts. They provide baked goods, wine, coffee, and other drinks. The scenery is beautiful and the house is very comfortable and relaxing. Lots of animal visitors make it a very fun stay. Great place for a weekend away!

TimberRose B&B was absolutely fantastic! Close to all of the local points of interest, yet far enough away to allow you to unwind in a beautiful environment. This will be our "go to" for any future trips to Fredericksburg!

We missed the late checkin instructions in the email but the owners called to check on us when we didnt show up on time. They held our reservation, had everything waiting for us and literally left the light on. Everything was excellent. From the location, to the directions, to the cool stone cottage we stayed in. The amenities were the same or better than most high end hotels.
