We loved the property and our room. Definitely was worth the money. We wish the staff were more friendly and helpful at the front desk though. The property is set up pretty simple but it would’ve been nice to have more direction and customer service when we arrived. Other than that we definitely will be booking again!

The room was outdated and the floors were really dirty. It made me wonder if it was cleaned prior to the stay. Besides that, it served it's purpose.

It was fine. We couldn’t get the sofa bed to pull out and I fell off of one the chairs due to the seat of it being loose. We tried to wash our bathing suits and towels but the dryer wouldn’t get hot so our clothes were still damp but overall we were still able to cook, eat, sleep, shower and eventually watch TV as the remotes were confusing. My family seemed to really like having the huge open space and so did I. We really enjoyed ourselves despite the normal wear and tear of the place. Thanks for hosting us!

It's was a very clean place. We love the access to the beach and that Walmart was very closed.

I like the property itself and the property owner were very attentive and sent me itinerary about places to eat and things to do. I’ll be back to book again.

The bed was BROKEN... fulling fit a family of 6. BUT... no extra towels, single travel size soap, and broken towel rack and Guess bed BROKEN. No-One to f8x towel rack,

Upon arrival numbers on keypad fell out.. Floors in the condo were filthy. I had to re-sweep and mop. Minimal utensils for cooking and not enough eating utensils for 8 guests. No dish cloths to wash dishes. If you are traveling with 2 other couples take note.. there is NOT a sleeper sofa in the living room. One couple we were traveling with had to sleep in bunks. Listing says there is a sleeper sofa and there was not. Do not recommend this condo.

Stay was very nice. Love the light show and the location is close to everything. Did not like the wait times at the elevator.

The chair on the balcony was broken, the washer and dryer did not work for us to wash our clothes/towels, and there was no dust pan. Other than those things everything else was great!

Let me start off by saying the communication was great and we had no “issues” with the condo when it came to space. However we did take issue with some things within the owners control that we experienced & recommend immediate action on. 1. It smelled like a smokers home. Not impressed with that. We had to buy air freshners & wall plug ins but that still didn’t help. 2. The master bathrooms shower curtain is moldy and needs replacing immediately. 3. I was not convinced the comforters have been washed anytime recently for any of the beds. 4. The sand Is always an issue. Please provide a better broom and pan. We didn’t experience any loud noises at night or in the morning so that was nice. Things out of the owners control are the elevators. Do not recommend staying on any floors above the 4th Unless you’re willing to take the stairs. Waiting for an elevator is an absolute crap shoot. We stayed on the 11th and hiked the stairs to avoid the elevator wait. We sometimes parked on the 10th & took the elevator or stairs up but sometimes that pool entrance was closed at 10PM & not open before 9AM so plan accordingly. Stairs smell atrocious. Humans can be the worst, especially when they dump their trash there or pee because they’re drunk. Front office barely helped when checking in and were very clear they had nothing to do with private owners. No checkout process. Pool was okay. Very busy this time of year. Distance from condo to beach is very close.
