Great family trip. No complaints except elevator issues.

I was literally standing in the hot heat for a hour and a half waiting on the code for my door. Cannot get a hold to the property manager and the room had a buzzing sound that kept me up all night no way to get in touch with anyone to check it out around 1 o’clock in the morning it finally stopped beeping. My drip started off bad and end it worse because I did not get to sleep until 1230 had a 8 Hour Drive on four hours of sleep

Upon arrival. Mold in the bedroom shower. The kids bump beds, the bottom had a big pee spot all around. Spots on the bedroom bed as well. Couple of outlets within the room were not working. The washer at times would stop with our clothes soaking wet. The dishwasher wasn't sturdy attached. The ice maker didn't work but once. The guest bed underneath the couch had big white stains. We couldn't find decent area to move to, so we made due by making changes of where to sleep. These are the reasoning for the two star.

We stayed in . Awful room. Only enough hot water to give the kids a bath. Dryer did not work so we had mildew on our clothes. Balcony didn’t lock .The microwave didn’t heat up nothing.

Tv was brown, guy on phone was very rude and just to busy

Elevators are much better now. Best place to stay with a family. Close to everything and many pools to choose from.

Room was great. Sleeper sofa was in two. Was broken. Could not sleep on it. We had to buy an air mattress.

Paid everything when we’re booking but at the property we have to pay for Registration fee at the property. (Management fee, cleaning service and other fee were paid at booking website and still to pay another $140 for registration fee at property) disappointed😏

First, the good stuff. The location is amazing. Across the street from the beach and within easy walking distance of Wonderworks and Ripley’s Believe It or Not. The Wharf (all you can eat crab legs and steak buff) was worth the money. The condo layouts are good and there are lots of pools to play in if the beach is closed. However, it is hard to get an elevator during certain times of the day. The particular condo that I stayed in (1530)… let’s just say I have some notes about the condition of the unit, but, judging by the balcony furniture, that unit was more of an outlier than the rule. Even the unit we stayed in would be perfectly fine with a couple grand worth of maintenance, paint, and appliances. The building as a whole is starting to show some age in a few cosmetic ways (railing paint pealing, some elevator trim damage, etc) but the condition is still acceptable. I would go back, but not to that particular unit unless it had been rehabilitated.
