Nice place & nice staff

The unit was okay but the quality and furniture and chairs in the room need to be replaced outdated chairs was broken in dining area .the the curtains and the rugs in the dining in the living room area was not of good quality

Great condo!!!

I’ll never stay here again!! You’re harassed by security at the entry to the property every time you come in to show your wristbands and your decals. We were trying to check in and were stopped because we didn’t have wristbands or a parking decal that you can only get at the front desk. By the way it’s a separate fee of $80+ depending on when purchased and bedroom size. Wait time is 30 minutes to an hour in line because only one person is assisting. This also applies to elevators. Before arriving purchase your bands and give every name and both cars using the decals even if it is a rental car or you’ll have to step to the side to add the information and they’ll get back to you. Lost bands are $100 to replace and if damaged free to take and be replaced. The condos are huge but the beds are horrible and feel like sleeping on a boxspring!! One of the toilets in the bathroom needed to be resealed to the floor. It actually turned from side to side!! One of the bunk beds had bloody sheets with stains all over. What they did was wash and dry them then put them back on the bed with dried stains. The noise ordinance on property is 10pm-6am. The baby was crying at 11pm and security knocked stating we will be kicked out unless the noise stopped!! There’s noise all day from construction to drunks fighting all night on and off property with loud motorcycles and trucks but we were about to be kicked out! Your room and beach code is deactivated at 8am the day of check out!! NEVER AGAIN!!

The personal was very pleasant and thr property very nice location.

plenty of room.....floors not clean and furniture very worn....pictures must have been from a different unit.....probably would not stay here again.

Amazing accomadation!!!

Over all we enjoyed our visit. The only problem I have was not being informed of having to bring our own toilet paper. Don’t have a problem with having to bring it just with not being informed of having to bring it.

The condo was great. Spacious, clean, had everything we needed for a nice stay. The property itself was well maintained with courteous staff. Great restaurants on property. And the pools were perfect for my kids!!

Place smelled terrible, smoke detector chirping, remotes without batteries, dishwasher disl broken, chair legs broken, limited elevators. When you call for maintenance, nobody comes. Hidden fees that you aren’t made aware of until after you make your non-refundable reservation. Very disappointing.
