Comfortable, clean room although rather small. Fine for 1 night. Very handy to park right outside hotel. Owners very helpful.

The property was clean. We were put on the top floor, 4 flights up with no lift. My sister doesn't like heights and struggles with stairs. No wardrobe for clothes, just 3 hooks. One pillow each which isn't acceptable. The milk wasn't replenished after the first night & we were there 2 nights. You need 2 milks per cup & there was only six milks for a room that was for 3 people. But only 2 occupants. I wouldn't stay here again

Easy to get to car parking out the front but £5 but after a long day nice to go back and relax and get a good nights sleep

Cleanliness was good and service was very good. The room was on the small side but adequate. The only downside was the room was on the cold side and the ensuite was freezing. It has been fully tiled and looked good but there was absolutely no heating in there. The floor tiles were like blocks of ice. That said the shower was excellent.

Hotel was friendly and very clean, room was small but only staying one night so was ok. The fire alarm had a bright room light connected to it which came on randomly and often for a few seconds during the night which made it difficult to sleep.

The receptionist was pleasant and friendly, the place was clean enough, in a lively location and the mattresses were good. But Of course the sink has no plug... but also the sink is tiny and there's there's nowhere to put anything so you have to put all your toiletries on the floor. There's not even a rail or hook for your towel. You have to bring your own curtains. The toilet seat is so badly fitted you can't sit down without the lid falling onto your back. You want to park at the hotel? Forget it - you can't even park *near* the hotel. No lampshade. I can't say the fire exit arrangement are actually illegal but they seem pretty dodgy. All in all, this has to be one of the worst places I ever stayed. It's like it's been fitted out by someone who's never stayed in a hotel, never had a wash in a sink and never sat down to go to the toilet.

although the room was clean, there was mould in the corner near the bed and on the bottom of the shower curtain. The family room does not look like the photo at all. It has two 3ft beds pushed together which you have to walk side ways down to get into bed.It was described as a large king size! The child's 3ft bed was only able to be used if the child climbed on the end to access, as 3/4's of it was between two walls. And to the side a hole in the floor (broken floor board) which had fitted carpet over. The lovely light shade in the photo was only a light bulb hanging! The curtains where not even hanging by many hooks, we asked for this to be sorted the first night, and you guessed it,day two no change. The toiletries which are advertised, consisted of a bottle of everything on the very small hand basin. There was no where to hang a towel in the very narrow shower room, and I glad we where slim as it would be nearly impossible to use if you where bigger, due to door opening inwards on to the cloakroom sink, which meant you have to stand in font of the toilet. There was nowhere to put shower gel etc in the shower apart from the floor. No where to put on makeup, as mirror would steam up as extractor does not work. Husband had to shave before any body could use the shower. You have to park in a side street, or pay £5 to park on a working site. We would have asked for our money back, but you guessed it no refunds.
