on arrival could not find 10b its 10 then got in side after parking on rubble opened door to find family waiting to book in nobody about finely came got booked in then told 5 pound charge to park on the front of hotel then went to room on the way up construction going on went in to room very basic room nothing like pictures had not cleaned room floor crips every where pedal bin looked like it had been sat on grand children very disapointed grandaughter bed wonky would not reccomend it looks like still being renovated

Arrived to find a building site, had to make my way across builders boards to front door, No local parking nearest was few hundred yards away and cost extra. Probably couldn't get wife to the door especially with luggage so abandoned stay, I doubt they will give a refund

Worst hotel I have stayed, I would never recommend any one to this hotel

Disgusting not a inn but converted multiple occupancy stair carpets not fitted correctly and loose nails protruding from staircase owner did not want a family there it was full of young men very uneasy atmosphere

Very noisy stay, could hear everything through the walls. Wouldn't recommend.

Great value for money. Very clean. Bathroom fan on constantly which was annoying. Toilet seat doesn't stay up on it's own. Shower curtain too short.

Clean amenities comfortable bed and Adrian and Amir great hosts would stay there again and recommend. Thank you guys

The Room was clean and tidy, shower was good,plenty of hot water. the bed was ok but matteress was quite thin and springs were easily felt.

The welcome was friendly. The bed comfortable. I was shown to my room and giving the wifi pass. Coffee and tea provided in the room. The room was a good temperature. Check out simple and fast. I would use the Southsea inn again.
