Property was great and in an awesome location.

Great condo, super clean and comfortable for our family! The property manager Alex was very helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay! We will definitely book again the next time we are in town visiting family!

This 3 bedroom condo was very spacious and clean. We felt right at home. Buildind was very save and Secure and plenty of Handicap parking right infront of the elevator made if really convenient for my 82 year old mom with a walker to access. Balcony has beautiful view of Ave Maria Church. Would love to return soon.

Condo was great, perfectly located. Alex the person in-charge of checking-in was ZERO help and had an attttttitude.

Great condo in heart of Ave Maria. Was exactly as advertised. The only bad thing was not enough dinnerware or forks. A little smell of smoke when you first enter. Other then that a great place to stay.

The location and the environment was excellent. Getting into the building and then the unit was a unpleasant experience.

Great location and excellent condo. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and golf courses.

Apartment smells/ stinks like smoke. Upon check in - apartment seemed poorly cleaned, hair in bathtub, floor was sticky, only 4 cups Available, dishes in cabinets were dirty, very poor amenities, towels in closets were not even folded. Don’t recommend staying here. At the end, our tub apparently was leaking .. looks like owners don’t take care of the apartment.
