Smelt like smoke. The porch furniture was dirty.

Great place for the holiday season.

Feels like home. What was supposed to be a quick ‘working’ get away for me and my husband, turned into a solo trip after some unexpected changes to our plan. I stayed back home but he couldn’t believe how ‘homey’ it felt. The property was beautiful. A gem nestled away in the middle of nowhere. It was peaceful and quiet. Allowed him to come and go after a restful nights sleep. He came back more rejuvenated and that’s worth it’s weight in gold. Communication was through, prompt and top notch. He actually left some clothes and they offered to mail them back. 5 stars - through and through!

Fantastic location, beautiful view, excellent property!

The unit was beautiful, couldn't be beat in my view. It was modern, comfortable, spacious, stylish and clean. The experience failed in that the individual/s managing the booking through Vrbo failed to provide access instructions and were unreachable when I arrived at 9pm. They didn't respond to my messages through Vrbo. After 8 hours of travel, I had no place to stay when I arrived. I wound up sleeping on a friends couch the first night. The next morning, Vrbo came through and contacted the property managers. I was reimbursed for the first night, but I felt that quality customer service demanded more than just a silent reimbursement. I used my only two PTO days I'm given each year on this trip and what happened was quite frankly abuse. I held up my end of the bargain, paid for it, did everything right and I was left in the lurch. Owners/managers, try and imagine how you'd feel if this happened to you. Given your lack of attention to my concerns (I even left a note), I guess I have to assume you really don't care.

The location was great and the views from the balcony and primary bedroom was beautiful. The place is larger than expected. Unfortunately upon arrival, you could smell cigarette smoke in the entire place. We went to the local grocery store and bought air freshener. Which we sprayed every time we re-entered, and before bed nightly. We also had issues with the key and could not use the key issue to us to lock it. Thankfully they told us about a hide a key, which we had to use the entire time. At one point we (multiple people, multiple tries) could not get the key out of the door, but eventually got it out.

Beautiful Condo with a prime location in the middle of the town center at Ave Maria. Highly recommended.

We liked the location and will return someday. The elevator didn't work for three days but was fixed for much of our stay.

It was great. A little bit of a smoke smell but not overpowering. Definitely would stay again
