Hyatt Place Greensboro Downtown

I've been here before and love the place. This trip, I had one issue with housekeeping timing, and I will not let it affect my rating for this review. Breakfast is always great and location perfect as is the staff. I will always stay here if I need a hotel in Greensboro.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, excellent staff, great location

Wish there was a microwave and wish coffee and tea were available all day in the lobby

This was fine for a quick visit to Greensboro. I was worried that the parking deck attached would be tricky but it was fine. Stop at the desk and check in to get your room key before trying park in the deck. There was no game the night I was there so things were quiet but I would wonder how many people can park in that deck. The room was fine and the bed was OK. The AV and wifi worked well. bathroom was fine. Overall, it's a quick overnight business style hotel but with a little more of a bar scene. I'd stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Good breakfast included but crowded at times with nowhere to sit. Food was good.

Water pressure but nothing else

Great experience overall but apparently due to third party reservation, we received the handicapped room King (we are both quite able-bodied( instead of a "normal" King room. It was quite obvious that that's what the room was and seems very functional and inappropriate to our stay rather than welcoming

Parking was confusing

The clerks at the desk were hospitable. The room was beautiful and the parking was easy to access. The breakfast and the service at the bar was great!

On my last day, I was not able to access the elevator coming into the hotel from the parking garage. I could use the elevator to go to the parking garage.
