Place was really nice. Very clean and welcoming, a short walk from the main train station. We arrived quite a bit before our check in time were able to check in early as our room was ready. All the staff were so pleasant. A special Thankyou to Jena (hopefully got the correct spelling). Upon getting to our next hotel I discovered I had left my passport in my room here. She was able to get it via the housekeeping team and sealed in an envelope then passed it on to a courier who took it to my next hotel. Thank you soooo much.

Kitchen in the room. Came to watch Scotland in the World Cup and the staff were great- all very excited and helpful with arrangements and things to do

"It was a nice stay, bed was uncomfortable, nice hotel but not a great location for walking. Felt very unsafe at night."

Our view was great but we paid for it

The elevator situation, the cleaning crew should have their own…we waited a while every single time, and everytime there was a cleaning lady getting on or off with her cleaning cart that barely fits with people that are already in it
