I like the atmosphere and staff all good

Breakfast was not upto mark

Room was full of cockroaches , bathroom did not have enough light .a.c was dirty. Breakfast which was included in my package was pathetic . Hotel did not have any restaurant. Unnecessary rules of using lift till 11 pm. They don't allow visitors .

This property is very clean.Well maintained..I also prefer this hotel to my friend.service are very good .Stuff behave very well and they are helpful

The staff was very cordial, polite and cooperative. The person at the reception was especially very helpful, I asked him a bunch of stuff about how to get around the city, etc. and he was enthusiastic to help me.

1. The photos are all photoshopped on booking.com, the place/rooms are very different. 2. The sheets were dirty and had stains on them. Same for cushion covers. It was not just the color, the stains also had a different rough texture like it hasn’t been washed. The pictures on booking.com were deceiving. I was very shocked to see the state of the room. The staff changed my sheets and pillow covers when I showed them that they were soiled, however when I asked for an extra clean bedsheet to use between the blanket and myself (because by then I was sure the blanket had also never been washed), the staff told me they didn’t have any extras. I couldn’t keep the dirty stains and overall state of the room out of my mind throughout my stay. 3. The location is not that great. It could feel a bit unsafe at times, though I must mention that nothing bad happened to me. Don't be fooled by its proximity to good localities like Park Street, it's not the same area. Never again booking a Treebo hotel anywhere - mostly because of their practice of using edited glow-up images of the property.

The accommodation is pleasant, close to House and Tomb of Mother Teresa, the only drawback is that there are no shops or restaurants in the area.
