1.Location is great! 2 Staffs were very cooperative and hepful. 3. Easy access of vehicles and uber reached within 2 minutes to the property to pick up. 4. Can avoid extra time to reach in Airport 5. Good value for money.

1. Beds are not so comfortable and wide to acomodate 2 people. 2. Bathrooms are dirty and unhygienic. 3. Toiletries supply is ver vey poor < they should supply Soap/ body wash, Shampoo, Hand-washing, Toilet tissues, comb, moistures, Clean Towels. 4. No cafeteria / kitchen. 5. Most horrible is break fast.

Staff were friendly and helpful when I asked them for something, particularly the day and night managers. Breakfast in the morning was good.

You cannot choose your breakfast and get it at a random time in the morning when someone knocks to alert you (but you can go to reception and request it). I requested a room with a double bed and got two singles. Night staff - who were in the room next door - were also being very loud around midnight/1am when I was trying to sleep but stopped when I asked. I was moved from that room (1004) to another (4005) the next day. The room and bathroom had a bad smell, probably from the drain. Someone from marketing or the hotel sent me several messages a day on booking telling me to pay immediately or risk losing my room. The Treebo website lists a Whatsapp number to contact with queries but this does not work/exist.

There was no proper place to eat nearby with family....had to order food online
