The hotel staff was very supportive. The facility was maintained and neat clean.

This hotel is completely unacceptable. The conditions are filthy, even by Indian standards. The staff is inept, the facilities are dirty, the bathroom has mold, and the bedding is revolting

Couldn't stay at the property.

As per booking.com; there was no prepayment needed. However, the property kept messaging asking for 50% prepayment. I informed that I am travelling from another country and can only pay at site but no-one responded and kept repeating the same massage asking for prepayment and finally cancelled my booking and notified that it was due to lack of pre-payment. This caused a huge stress for me as I learned about the cancellation on the day of my travel and had to find alternative stay last minute.

The location was within easy access by Uber or Ola to the major tourist attractions.

The room and especially bathroom were very dirty, which of course didn’t show on the profile pictures, e.g. white stainable the bedding. Reviews did not match reality. Staff was either slightly arrogant or overly friendly, not to say nosy.
