The room was in poor condition, and the curtains didn't go up or down (the pull string on blinds doesn't work on large windows. Staff member me gave me a used toilet paper roll nearly empty on check-in.. There was a hair in my breakfast tray.. Thank God, I never ate any of the meals or drank any of the cups of coffee. They gave me one towel change that was damped, and they didn't change bed linen when I left the room. I have pictures. Plus, the breakfast was unpleasant looking, and don't forget there was a strand of hair present in the food. If you dont know, I dont have straight hair..🤔 Lastly, the hotel smells like mildew, and the room doesn't like nothing like the pictures. I believe pictures have been altered with CGI to make room look better...shame on them!...
