Theres was no view because the shade was broken and you could not raise it. Room had a funky odor also. A little lysol would go a long ways.

The ceilings are so thin in this place the people walking above shake the entire room. Our phone didn’t work and halfway through a shower is a poor time to realize the conditioner pump was empty. Staffs attitude towards these problems was complacent. For $180 in a small crappy town I expected better.

Stayed in room 217. Smelled terrible, like a dirty litter box. When I complained at the front desk, was given a bottle of sanitizer that smelled like baby powder, which only made the smell worse. This hotel allows animals and charges a deposit, but apparently does not clean after them. Stay elsewhere. Comfort Inn was much nicer.

Room smelled horrible. We complained at the desk and were given a bottle of “odor removal” spray that added a baby powder smell on top of the cat feces smell. This hotel takes pets and apparently doesn’t make sure rooms are appropriately cleaned between guests. All we got at check out, after paying for our $180 night was “sorry about that.” Stay elsewhere.

We enjoyed our overall staff. No complaints

Convenience. Hour late check out.

Good.

The bed could have been softer for me, but my family liked the firmness. So that's all up to your preference.
