Do quarto que é espaçoso e com ar condicionado. Boa luminosidade

Pequeno almoço sem manteiga, fiambre, queijo....nem pão. Apenas croissant

La posizione, la vista sul fiume, il fatto che la cucina fosse aperta fino a tardi (23h)

Un ambiente più che ruspante.Non hai modo di andare alla toilette una volta lasciata la camera perc hé la reception chiude c'è solo a chiamata per i check in, né di lasciar custoditi i bagagli.La cucina è aperta fino a tardi, e questo è positivo,ma non è buona.Personale certamente gentilissimo.

Breakfast. No fruits. Staff stayed off property

The room and bathroom were spacious. We contacted the staff before our arrival, and they kindly arranged a taxi from the train station. The price was also reasonable.

The room was not clean enough. Breakfast was quite poor – only sweet items like cookies and croissants were available. There was no bread or cheese at all. It was a really limited breakfast. There was a coffee machine, and it was possible to make cappuccino or espresso. Water and packaged fruit juices were also available. Although this place is supposed to be a 3-star hotel, it would be more appropriate to consider it as a guesthouse. On our last day, our train was in the late afternoon. We asked the hotel staff if we could leave our luggages at the reception for a few hours. The answer was shocking: "This is a 3-star hotel. We are not required to keep someone at the reception all the time. Reception will close at 1 PM." Unbelievable. Another staff member, who clearly speaks English, acted as if he doesn't speak us. To avoid further issues, we decided to leave with our luggage and spend the remaining time at a restaurant.

Large room, good shower, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Check out staff very friendly and helpful.

The place looks very run down and unwelcoming, all locked up when we arrived despite arriving exactly when we had arranged.
