Good central location. Nice bed they are quite comfy.

They water boiler makes a lot of sound. The kitchen stoof doesn't work gas is empty or almost empty. There is no lighter to put the fire on. There is also no bin for your trash. Waterpresser can be low for some reason you can't flush the toilet then. You can hear the neighbors showering waterboiler makes a weird noise. They don't invest in there apartment that is why it is so cheap. Better to make it a bit expensiver so things are working.
