Beautifully done cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Great downtown area for shopping and restaurants. Wonderful farmers market on Saturdays!

Fantastic place! Clean, attractive. This has been recently renovated and is great. In the 60’s, this was Feil’s soda fountain and motel. Went to the fountain when I was in middle school and high school.

Easy to find. Perfect location for exploring the area. Store at the end of the street and bike hire next door. Bed really comfortable and nice bathroom.

Sofa in living area really uncomfortable. Only roller blinds on the windows so you have to keep the blinds down for privacy which makes the rooms dark.

Clean and updated cottage. Easy self check in.

Had a lovely visit to my home town. Piety Hill has been remodel and so. Comfortable

This property is one of a kind! By far one of the cleanest places I have stayed and so welcoming. We had a mix up with our reservations so we only got to stay 1 night instead of 2, in the Daphne cottage but it was wonderful. I wouldn’t recommend walking into town from the cottages, it’s a bit of a walk, down hill going but up coming. But a very short drive, we drove into town twice and it was worth it. The manager or owner, not sure which, but she was a delight, helpful from the second I realized something was wrong with our reservation and even more so to help fix the problem! Even noticed our room was still rather cold around 10pm and brought us a space heater…it was a cold evening. I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying here again and they’re dog friendly if you need it!

What a wonderful surprise to discover this place. I rolled into town on a Sunday night with no booking and no manager on-site. Still, they scrambled to get a cottage ready while I had dinner in town. I really appreciated that. The cottages are as pictured. Nothing fancy, but modern amenities and upgrades, including large showers with rain shower heads and new tile. Very well-appointed throughout. Plus very handy carports for nearly all cottages. Two teeny tiny things: my bed was firmer than I am used to. Probably ok for the vast majority of people. Also, the screen of the modern digital thermostat emits a fair bit of light, even when dimmed. If you are sensitive to light at night, as I am, maybe bring an eye mask. Other than that, highly recommend, and I'll be coming back.

Easy contactless check-in/check-out process. Clean rooms with very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet atmosphere property. Shops and restaurants just a short walking distance.

Very pleasant, quiet 3 night stay. Cottage was clean and bed was very comfortable. Carport for my small car was good but there are other parking areas if someone has a bigger size car. Location is perfect just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The garden area has plenty of tables and chairs to lounge. I would definitely consider reserving one of the cottages if I visit the area again because it felt very safe. I highly recommend to others.
