Love the room

The way the staff handle my booking Went to the hotel Can't get in the front door had to go over the road to another hotel to book in Got to the booking desk The young woman behind the desk asked for my booking number Was told that they couldn't aconadate me Said the lift was out of order And she said that I had to find some other hotel to stay I'm disabled and a 72 yes and it was late in the evening Not very helpful 😕

The room was a nice size for a one night stay, clean with a comfortable bed. The location is the best part, walking distance to the City Centre and to the Castle!!

There was no air con in the room and it was very hot, we had a fan but that just blew the hot air around.

i jad no sleep was not enough tea coffee milk and pointless having a coffee maker if no coffee to make with it shower walkin bathroom was flooded due to no squigee in shower room bed was hard paying 116.00 quid per night i would charge that as a brekfast incuded for that price noise was unreal nothing stated that this hotel is on night club route and can be dangerous if female

all of it i didbt even stay as my van broke down i was out 8n cold all night with my van no coat i had a diabetic hypo near george it was awefull night abd i wilk not stay again 8m gonna go invtravel lodge premiere or holiday in were prices include bteckfast

It was a bit noisy outside, but manageable.
