AUI didn't eat breakfast as i left early. the room was clean & tidy .good value for money room
only issue would be the spot light on the outside of the building is left on all night
AUI liked the location and that there was a bistro on site, it is near everything and in walking distance to cafes, Woolies, Aldi, Kmart etc.
The family room is really lovely however it would be beneficial to have bedroom doors on both bedrooms for privacy. There were some tiles missing from the ensuite and there is a sharp part that I caught my foot on twice this should be attended to.

AUAUAUI came back to Yass for personal reasons and needed a cheap place to stay for the night. Everything was in order upon arrival and there was nothing to complain about. But I'm sorry that I used the balcony outside the common room to smoke 👍 Sincerely, A bloke from the lower north shore, Sydney. Thanks for the hospitality, was just as comfortable and needed from my hometown.
If you want my honest opinion? Get that carpet and sofas changed in the common room and properly seal up that door that leads to the balcony on the rooftop to stop curious people like me from discovering it and deciding it was a nice spot to smoke my cigarettes while enjoying the views of my hometown from a new perspective.
