朝食は種類が多く、味も良かった。朝食レストラン前のフリースペース？は広く快適。フロントロビーも待ち合わせ に十分なスぺ―スがあり、各種情報も揃っている。また、フロントスタッフの対応も丁寧である。大浴場は十分なスペースがあり、サウナも併設されていて快適であった。

エレベーターのセキュリティがなされていない。(宿泊客以外でも自由に乗り降りできてしまう）エレベーターロビー又はエレベーターカゴ内にカードリーダーを設置し、客室のカードによる認証によらないと使用できないシステムの導入を 期待します。
