建物や設備にお金をかけ過ぎている❗️その事により宿泊代が高くなっている様です。スタッフの質がそこをカバー出来ていなかった。基本からスタッフの教育を進めてほしい。

温泉が清潔でお湯も気持ちよくて最高でした。

ありふれたホテルのように土足でそのまま部屋行くタイプと認識していたので、最初玄関先の段差で躓いて転びそうになりました。

食事がとても美味しかったです。 おふろお風呂も清潔でゆったりと入れました。

夕食で隣に座っていたご夫婦が私達の悪口を聞こえるようにずっと言ってて、楽しみにしていた旅行が少し残念に思いました。 もう少し席が離れている方がいいのかな？と思いました。 ホントに残念な気持ちでいっぱいです。
