"Best homestay in Hoi An."

Miss Ten is the best host and hilarious. She always asks if she can help, give drinks/snacks, help with tours, laundry etc. We rented a bike through her for a good price. The room was as described and clean, had a fridge which was nice. Good location just a few minutes from the night market and surrounding bars. The hotel has more of a chill vibe so I wouldn’t come here if you’re a partier, especially as the family stay downstairs.

Best homestay I stayed in Vietnam! The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, there is hot water and AC. The location couldn’t be better and Miss Ten will help you out with anything! Always kind and asks for your wellbeing

Lovely homestay with clean and spacious rooms with everything you need location is amazing no more then 10 minute walk to all the main areas in hoi an. Miss ten the host is a warm and kind lady happy to help with anything you need or have a nice conversation I would recommend very much for anyone planning to visit hoi an.

Miss Ten is really amazing. She cares about all the guests and its really communicative. Location its great, you can do everything walking or grabbing without problem.

The AC needs to be cleaned as soon as possible, and under the beds too, lots of dusty. For an allergic person without medicine it can be thought.
