Miss Ten Homestay

The host is the nicest woman who greeted us with a smile and was always on hand to answer our questions, particularly when it came to the prices of things so that we didn’t get scammed! The room was spacious and was cleaned every day.

Staying with Miss Ten has been our favourite place we’ve stayed on our travels. She was so welcoming, the place was immaculate and we always got the best prices for any excursions or food through her. She was generous and fair, and treated us like we were family which is an experience you won’t get from any hotel or hostel nearby. The rooms were quiet at night so we slept amazingly, and you’re right by the night market and ancient town. If you need anything, Miss Ten will help you. I recommend her place to all travellers.

Miss Ten is very kind and helpful! She has been the most welcoming host we have had during our time in Vietnam. We also availed of her laundry service and it was very reasonably priced and quick. Room was plenty big, good shower, good a/c and a nice balcony onto the street. Location was perfect - in the middle of Hoi An but a little away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets at night.

Bed was a little hard.

The owners are so lovely and really helpful. Some of the kindest people I have ever met and the whole family is so sweet. The location is perfect and you can book tours around the local area that I will highly recommend you take because we were taken to some amazing secret spots and had a great day.

Excellent location to dozens of restaurants and street food vendors, 1 1/2 blocks from the night market, 8 blocks to the day market, 2 blocks to the river, lantern boats and a vibrant night life of lights and music. Miss Ten is the most attentive, caring, thoughtful person you will ever meet. She says she is there to serve you. She helps you make all your tours and travel plans, directs you to the most affordable shops, recommends excellent restaurants and entertainment, and provides convenient transportation. She invited us to her annual News Years party and surprised us with treats. Her family is lovely and it was a real gift to find her. We stayed in the large second floor bedroom with balcony.

Great Owner. She helped us a lot and the price is very fair. Everything is very clean and room is simple but good.
