Location. It was close ro where we needed to be

The outside was a bit run down looking. The room was nice tho

The location and off street parking was great. Near the motorway and having the motorway across the road was a bonus.

The rooms are so different from the ones you think you're getting or advertised. The first room had a gap at the top of the door. Quite drafty and the room was too small for the air con to be on all night. The lock was for show and didn't work. The second room they tried to convince me to take was again nothing like the pictures and the shower door kept sticking. Third time lucky and a much bigger room, very much like the photos.

Good central location and a nice self contained room with cooking facilities. We also felt the shower was good and in general it was decent value for money.

Thin walls (!!!) and it had a strange smell. Also, our door (room 14) shut but there was a draft coming through it as if it hadn’t closed properly or wasn’t sealed tight. Might be an issue during the winter.

Staff are so accommodating Nothing is a problem and very welcoming. Always checking in if you have everything.

The location was good

Receptionist was not very welcoming. The room right off the bat had a weird smell and felt unclean. Bedding felt itchy on the skin and there were a lot of spiders crawling on the bed. Shower was not good there was water going everywhere and it’s very small. Adequate for the price we paid however wouldn’t stay here again.

No outlook, opaque window only. No carpet
