A few spiders in the room

First room was not as picture was down a back alleyway, tiny room door didn't feel like lock was secure so asked to swap, paid extra $41 got put down back with permanent residents who come and left all night with other people 4am last time car left, motel is run down and dosnt not look like pictures, it was me and my young son I did not feel safe at all.

Motels in great location, normally has rather nice rooms, comfy beds

Upon entering the cleaning didnt appear to have been done very well, microwave and fridge also smelt. Build up of scum in bathroom sink and shower. This was one of their un renovated rooms. Ive stayed here numerous times and normally is really good

Keyless entry

They gave me the wrong room, I had booked a 1bedroom suite with full kitchen facilities, washing machine, etc,, they gave me a studio with neither of these options. It was also meant to be soundproof, however it was not at all as I could hear the.people in the reception area and constant traffic etc. The room was not clean at all, mould everywhere the shower curtain was filthy covered in mould, there was also rat droppings in the wardrobe and on top of ot too, also cockroaches, the microwave was filthy, tray covered in fat and mould. The shower was also filthy with mould on the shower head. There was food.and what looked like blood smears on walls and the wardrobe.door which was also broken. The cutlery kitchenware provided including mugs,a single wine glass and glasses were all filthy as well as the dining table. I have stayed once before and the room etc was not so bad. However this was a terrible experience which has totally changed my opinion of pupuke and I would not recommend to anyone I consider a friend etc.

Staff were very helpful. Parking handy, great location. Well made beds and fresh towels daily. Thoughtful touches like having body wash and shampoo in the shower. Great having laundry on site too. Curtains thick to protect from any light. Very handy neighbourhood and quiet too.

Nothing. The mattress was quite firm for my personal choice but it’s far better than the opposite.

Had mostly everything we needed, was comfortable and easy access. Staff were lovely.

It was all fine but we could have done with toaster and spatula and dish cloth.
