The king sized bed was comfortable. The room was clean

There was a very drunk man in a neighbouring room who was loud One of the single bed was a trundle and not very comfy

"Cheap and cheerful"

Nothing fancy looking on the outside, but all good inside. Nice new bathroom, comfy big bed. Spacious for a one bedroom. Nice and quiet too. Supermarket across the road. Shore city shopping within walking distance

Some ants in the microwave, and bench after I left food out.

About 100 metres from a gas station and supermarket.

I booked a one-bedroom suite but was given a room with just a bed and no window. This is misleading, as it does not meet the standard definition of a one-bedroom in NZ. I recommend the owner update the listing to accurately reflect the rooms offered and avoid false advertising.
