Hotel Panajachel Los Angeles

El peor hotel y servicio que he reservado en hoteles.com, se reservo una habitacion cuadruple y solo asignaron una doble con cargos extras, pesima ubicacion y engañosas fotografias del hotel y habitaciones.

Al principio, tuve un poco de problema con la reserva, que Expedia, agilmente soluciono. Despues, lastimosamente se fue la energia electrica en el pueblo, tema que queda fuera de los alcances del Hotel, pero no tenian ninguna medida alterna para que tuvieramos energia electrica y lo peor, agua potable. La energia volvio a las 11 am, pero el Hotel tuvo problemas con el sumimistro de agua. No hubo agua el resto de la noche. Se restablecion hasta como las 6:30 am. Al hacer el check out, tuve que esperar casi media hora, por que no habia nadie que atendiera. Por ultimo, a mi criterio muy personal, el costo/benefecio no es muy bueno. Lo que si tengo que decir, es que la dueña se porto muy amable pero que hay aspectos a mejorar.

Great little hotel. Family run. Fairly close to the lake. A block and a bit off the Main Street. Very clean rooms, a bit small. Great private bathroom with a shower but no hot water. Great breakfast included in the price

No me gusto la ubicación malo tambien en la atención

Intalaciones nuevas , camas buenas y limpieza buena, solo esta un tanto escondido, calle muy estrecha y poco parqueo, se fue la luz en la ciudad por 24 hrs o mas y no hubo apoyo para tener luz en las habitaciones, ni candelas, tuve que ir a comorarlas , ademas al no haber luz los hospedados que llegaron tarde esa noche no abrian la puerta por que no hubonquien abriera, dando de gritos por dos horas hasta que les abrieron lanpuerta, fue totalmente incomodo.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! We chose it because they had large rooms that would fit our family of 7. For the price I wasn't expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived a little after midnight and they were there to let us in and get us settled. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh baked food and fresh fruit up on the rooftop terrace. It was an amazing welcome to Guatemala! The staff were all so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!

The photos of this place does great things. Once you’re here it’s different. They have some newer renovated rooms which we didn’t get even though it was nobody else at the hotel. The location is a little bit off inside a small alley. Reception only spoke Spanish.

Slightly odd place, apparently built for Chinese tourists or business travelers (Chinese statues outside and in hall). Very roomy and ridiculously well equipped in terms of electric kitchen gadgets -- blender, toaster etc. Near the airport, which is what we wanted.
