The space was appropriately sized for group travellers which was nice to see. All three of us were able to relax in the space without bumping into each other.

The futons and duvets were all stained, as well as some of the sheets, and the futons themselves were very thin. If the place had tatami I wouldn't have minded, but there was only a hardwood floor to put them on. Even with two stacked on top of each other, it was still uncomfortable. The bunk bed was also noisy, to the point where one of our party had to move to a different place in the night because they couldn't sleep. The bunk bed also had a piece of plywood on it, presumably for strength? But it didn't run the whole length of the bed so it left an uncomfortable hard ridge under the futon. The kitchen facilities also left a little to be desired. Despite advertising a kitchen, there were only very stained melamine cups to use - no plates, cutlery, glasses, or crockery. There were two upper windows in the place with no curtains or blinds which also proved very annoying as light came in through these during the night and shone almost directly into the place where the futons were to be set up. Walls were also evidently quite thin as we could hear people in neighbouring cubicles bringing their luggage to and from the accommodation at night despite having our windows and doors closed.

まずスタッフの対応が悪い チェックインがまともにできない 布団に血がついていた

The bathroom is super big compared to other accommodations in japan

The check-in process was a nightmare. The tablet that you have to use to check-in and check-out wasn’t working our whole stay (4 nights) so we and other travelers that arrived the next days couldn’t check in. The staff was slow to respond so we waited for an hour to get into the room. Not to mention they told us to pay for that hour as we checked in early (at the end i said i want a refund). The room was stinky and not super clean. The beds were uncomfortable, damaged and they squeaked with every movement. Honestly i wouldn’t recommend this place

Overall good. Stayed at the 1st floor. But it was a little bit noisy when the guests upstairs moved around or took shower.

上の窓が開いたままだった為、虫が入ってきていました。またお風呂の桶が詰まっていてお風呂が使えませんでした。シャワーのみだったのでよかったですが、排水の匂いが充満していました。次回はこのような事が無いようにお願い致します。

洗濯機の内部、ゴミ取りネットが無いのが残念なのと不特定の人が利用するので洗濯槽の洗浄は必須だと思う。 ソファとカーペットの髪の毛が気になった、 コロコロカーペットローラーで掃除して欲しい、 テレビ裏とソファ下のホコリも気を付けていれば出来る事だと思う、 あとはロフトの小窓が完全には閉まらず外の音が聞こえるのが気になったが住宅街の中に有り、 概ね快適に過ごせる環境だった。 掃除の面と痒いところに手が届くサービスを行なっていけば良い宿泊形態だど感じました。

浴槽、洗濯機がカビが多い
