2階の部屋がうるさかった。

Clean and really handy location near Hakata station. Beds a little bit unconfortable, but over all good experience. Would stay again.

整體來說很不錯，交通便利，附近有賣場，住宿有中型冰箱和小廚房，還有洗衣機，很便利。就是清潔度不太好，窗戶很髒，無法開窗簾，洗衣機蓋子邊緣很髒、屋內四周角落沒清乾淨、被褥有血跡、空調濾網塞滿灰層、沐浴乳只剩一點點沒補充，這些應該是清潔人員沒處理好，住了7晚安，是有點困擾，希望這些能改善，未來我還是會挑選這間住宿。

I would not recommend this accommodation for anyone. The facilities provided are not adequate for sleeping. More details to follow. Not a single bed provided was adequate to sleep on. Two beds were futons on hardwood floor. The futons were about 2mm thick, so it just felt like you were sleeping on the floor. The bunkbed was badly assembled, squeaky, and shaky, so it felt dangerous to sleep on. The ladder to the bunkbed wasn’t fastened securely as well, so it felt unsafe to climb. The final bed was a couch that turned into a bed, which seemed comfortable in theory, but had a giant metal bars going through its centre leading to an uncomfortable sleep. My friends and I all ended up with back pain after sleeping here for three nights (we’re in our 20s), and it was the lowlight of our entire trip. The first night, there was a window with no curtain on it, which bled so much light into the loft that it was hard to fall asleep. I notified management, and they came into our unit and nailed towels over the window to cover it up. The washer was also out of order, although it was advertised as an amenity provided before booking. Their solution was to have us use the coin laundry downstairs and they said they would reimburse us. They only offered this as a solution however after I complained to them. They ended up adding a sign posted on the washer halfway through our stay explaining this laundromat accommodation. The final issue was just of general cleanliness. There was dust everywhere, especially concentrated on the tv console. The mattresses were all yellowed and looked old. The washroom smelled of mildew and some other unidentified, unclean smell.

The location is good. There is a small mall and many food stores around.

The apartment is not cleaned properly, and everywhere was dusty. We are a group of 3 individuals, and the space wasn't comfortable for 3. 2 people, it's OK. There is no chair for us to sit because the 3rd person needs to sleep on the sofa bed. So the stay wasn't comfortable.

The place is a bit small, but it is still good for 3 people. The sofa bed is the only bed that doesn’t need ladder to reach. So I would not recommend it if there are seniors in your travel group. Check in process is simple. Overall it’s pretty decent with this price.

A very spacious apartment for two people. The washing machine was a great bonus, especially as we were halfway through our road trip—it allowed us to do our laundry at minimal cost. The apartment can easily accommodate more than two people. The bathroom is very comfortable and features an option to control the air temperature. The neighborhood is quiet, with a shopping mall nearby. The location is accessible on foot, about 30 minutes from Hakata Station. The self-check-in process was simple, thanks to the clear instructions provided beforehand. Considering the attractive price compared to other options in Fukuoka, I can only recommend this place.

立地はビジネス出張、学会出張であれば文句はない。観光の宿としたら多分文句が色々出ると思う。レンタル自転車、レンタル電動バイクのステーションが近くにあるので便利。タイムズのカーシェアも近くにある。計画的に利用すれば移動は楽。地下鉄駅、JR駅ともにキャリーケースを転がして移動しても苦にはならない距離。22時くらいまでは近くのショッピングモールが空いていて便利。 清潔度はイマイチ。ホテルのように清掃は行き届かない。自分の家のテレビのしたにはほこりが溜まっているのと同じ程度のクリーン度。ビジネスホテルとは良い勝負。観光ホテルには遠く及ばない。洗濯機は多分、洗濯槽の裏側はカビだらけだと思う。部屋も設備も定期的なクリーニングメンテナンスが必要だと思うが為されていないと感じる。 学生時代のアパートをそのまま借りたようなもんだと思えば特に気になることもない。同じ金額でビジネスホテル取るならこっちのほうが自由度が高くて良いと思う。 設備の説明が全部日本語オンリーなので、海外からの観光客には不便だと思う。
