Small rooms, limited breakfast options

This place is beautifully located. The owner and staff are very nice and go out of the way to make you feel comfortable.the Trang an boat ride is very close from this place.rooms are clean,well maintained washrooms.they have a good variety of breakfast option.overall,one of the best experience we had.would love to come here again.

There is nothing here to not like

Literally the best place to stay in Ninh Binh. You will be surrounded by nature, and in 15-20 minutes by Grab bike, you can get to the city center (which was actually noisy, so I mostly explored area around this hotel). I loved the staff here. People are super friendly and helpful. Also, the room was incredibly clean and the breakfast was so tasty!

Un peu excentré de la zone touristique principale mais c'est ce que je cherchais. Cet Hotel est entouré de montagne et très arboré, c'est très agréable. Chambre plutôt propre même si petite odeur de moisissure. La salle de bain mérite un rafraichissement. Bonne literie, calme. Petit déjeuné bon et ultra copieux. Il y a aussi un restaurant qui sert midi et soir (portions très généreuses). J'ai réservé un tour d'une journée avec cet hôtel et c'était top, le guide était super ! Piscine très agréable surtout par ces chaleurs, ambiance relaxante.

Odeur de moisissure dans la chambre et salle de bain à rafraichir

The hotel looked cute especially the pool area. The hosts were great and even helped us with a taxi early in the morning to bring us to the hotel.

The pictures of the rooms were much nicer looking than the actual rooms we got. The water we were using would sometimes smell really bad like sewage and it was salty for some reason. So having a shower and brushing my teeth were very unpleasant. When we talked to the staff about it, they said it was normal, which I doubt as when we moved to a different hotel in Ninh binh the water was great. The water in the swimming pool was pretty cloudy and did not look too inviting. The breakfast was nice but some of the food were often left outside and therefore had a lot of flies on them which did not feel appetising. Also the breakfast times did not seem to match the times that were on booking.com. It was said in booking.com that breakfast was from 6-10am but when we went there at 9.30am, we were told that breakfast was actually from 7-9am. We still got to have our breakfast which was nice. Overall the place just did not feel that clean and I was glad when I left it.

Lovely Hotel in an out of the way location with mountains and Rice Field surrounding you and water lots of restaurants and little facilities around you and the staff were super helpful at all times and the bed in the room was massive

Nothing much to mention here simply if you wanna be closer to all the action don’t book somewhere so far out part of the charm of this was it’s out a little bit further and you’re closer to the mountains

Welcoming and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, very relaxing accommodation, well air-conditioned room, good hot shower, clean, and the location!! My 3 children enjoyed swimming and drinking coconuts by the pool side☆

Lovely quiet, green area. Pool is big and secluded. Some decent restaurants, a convenience store and 2 spas/massage places within walking distance. Rooms are nice and cool and big. Free to take bikes. Pool table, bar and nice breakfast. Laundry service for a fee. Great day trip opportunities.

Just note that the property is quite rural - it’s a 50min cycle (on main roads) to Tam Coc, or a 20min drive. Also everything in around the pool could do with a bit of a revamp. Beds were huge but could’ve done with a thin sheet and a duvet as well as the quilt. Breakfast was nice but the fruit should be covered up more (flies).
