Very nice and clean accommodation Peaceful area and surroundings The bed was very big and comfortable Wide range of breakfast options provided Friendly and helpful staff There are many restaurants close by for lunch and dinner Bicycles are available to use for free There is a wall fan and an AC in the room Assistance with transport from Hanoi to accommodation provided

The window in the bedroom could not be opened for fresh air (ideally with insect netting) Lack of storage space in the room (there were no shelves in the wardrobe) Breakfast hours were a bit too early for us (7-9am) Both heat and water pressure in the shower were amazing on the first day, but kept reducing as the days went by (we barely had any hot water on our last day) The bicycles provided are also used by outside tour groups so at times there were no bicycles to use (and the ones left were damaged/broken)
