Kesinlikle çok kötü bir deneyim oldu bizim için.

Personel kaba ve ruhsuz. Tuvalet, klozet su kaçırıyor. Aralık ayında oda buz gibi idi. Geç çekin yapmış olmamıza rahmen , 3 saat odanın ısınmasını beklemek zorunda kaldık. Çift kişilik yatakta tek kişilik yorgan mevcut. Yorgan istediğimizde görevli personelin henüz otelde olmadığını akşam 21:00 da geleceğini o zaman yorgan verebileceklerini ilettiler. En önemlisi de odayı beğenmedik, eski eşyalar ile dolu. Temizlik 10 üzerinden 7 puan. Odanın değiştirilmesini istiyoruz dediğimizde, otel dolu başka odamız yok cevabını aldık. Ayrıca ceck in yaptığımız esnada, booking ten fiyatlara baktığımızda aynı odanın 3/1 oranında düştüğünü ve boş odalar olduğunu gözlemledik. Lakin bizden değerinin 3 katı fazla ücret alındı. Kısaca kenar mahalle oteline 3 kat fazla ücret ödemiş olduk. Kesinlikle yazılanlara inanmayın. Rezervasyonunuzu odaları gördükten sonra tamamlayın. Aksi halde bizim durumumuza düşersiniz. The staff were rude and unenthusiastic. The toilet leaked. The room was freezing cold in December. Despite checking in late, we had to wait 3 hours for the room to warm up. There was only a single duvet on the double bed. When we asked for a duvet, the staff said they weren't at the hotel yet and would only be able to provide one at 9 PM. Most importantly, we didn't like the room; it was full of old furniture. Cleanliness was a 7 out of 10. When we requested a room change, we were told the hotel was full and they had no other rooms available. Furthermore, when we checked on Booking.com, we saw that the same room was available for a third of its original price and there were empty rooms. However, we were charged three times the actual price. In short, we paid three times the price for a hotel in a run-down neighborhood. Absolutely do not believe what you read. Complete your reservation only after seeing the rooms. Otherwise, you will end up in the same situation as us.
