The staff were rude and unenthusiastic. The toilet leaked. The room was freezing cold in December. Despite checking in late, we had to wait 3 hours for the room to warm up. There was only a single duvet on the double bed. When we asked for a duvet, the staff said they weren't at the hotel yet and would only be able to provide one at 9 PM. Most importantly, we didn't like the room; it was full of old furniture. Cleanliness was a 7 out of 10. When we requested a room change, we were told the hotel was full and they had no other rooms available. Furthermore, when we checked on Booking.com, we saw that the same room was available for a third of its original price and there were empty rooms. However, we were charged three times the actual price. In short, we paid three times the price for a hotel in a run-down neighborhood. Absolutely do not believe what you read. Complete your reservation only after seeing the rooms. Otherwise, you will end up in the same situation as us.

On the positive side, the front office team is truly outstanding. Especially the young lady at reception (unfortunately I don’t remember her name), who was extremely polite, caring and professional. Thanks to her and the front office team my rating is 5 and not 1.

The room was cold and didn’t heat up properly, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the minibar area and the bathroom. Most importantly, the housekeeping staff urgently needs strict training on guest communication and service standards, as one particular staff member’s rude attitude completely ruined all the positive emotions from the stay.

I stay 3 days here it's very good hotel very good rooms they are clean and big and sea wiev , night reception Ali he very good guy he help me to take taxi and all interesting things to learn and also Fidan morning shift thank you all👍👍🇦🇿🇦🇿

Only Indian/Pakistani food

Mattresses are too old should be replaced there is humps you can feel ;(, broken shower pipe water was spilling outside also dancing toilet seat, overall only food was good only, taste was amazing.
