Necesitan puertas con más seguridad

Un buen hotel habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El wifi algo inestable. Excelente ubicación

El hotel e instalaciones bien, pero el personal super groseros, preguntas algo y no te contestan o atienden de mañana manera, no lo recomiendo, aparte en mi reservación aparecía como departamentos y fue una sola habitación para 6 perdonado y te cobran al llegar una cuota que no recuerdo para que era pero teníamos que realizarla.

Beautiful pool and gardens, gorgeous rooms with stunning white wash floors and concrete glaze flooring. Lovely room decor. Netflix. Extra bed in room for our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 children under 10). Also, amazing location to walk into town too! 5 minutes from the main plaza. it is next to a fabulous breakfast place (2 mins walk) - Ixchel Bacalar Downside - Coffee machine in room but no pods and poor WiFi connectivity.

Es una excelente opción para pasar un excelente momento con tus seres queridos, no tiene bar ni restaurante, lo cual complica todo, la alberca siempre templada y limpia, el personal muy amable.

Hubo disponibilidad a última hora y nos recibieron muy amablemente. La habitación está muy amplia , muy limpia y cómoda . Excelente funcionamiento del clima y en general está muy cómoda la habitación . Cerca de todo.

Nice small hotel and friendly service. Good location in the centre of Bacalar, walking distance to the lake, restaurants and shops. Everything was okay but I couldn’t help feeling that the hotel was overpriced for what it was. Room felt a little humid and bathroom definitely needs renovation. Bacalar can be pricey: we had just stayed in a beautiful new hotel in Tulum for half the price that we paid here. For 130 euros a night I think the bathroom needs to be more comfortable and room have a better lock.
