Tierra Maya Hotel Spa & Sanctuary

This is a nice hotel 2 blocks from the lake and Center. The garden and pool are serene. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant where the options where plentiful and their coffee was excellent. Wifi was good.

Muy recomendable, no da a la laguna pero esta muy cerca al fuerte, precio vs beneficio, muy recomendable

This is a 2.5 -3 star hotel. It is clean, but there is no restaurant. It is on a partially paved road. I had a rental car, and the designated parking was in a vacant lot behind an abandoned building. My room was filled with mosquitoes. The room was comfortable enough after I managed to kill all of the mosquitoes. I felt it was overpriced for what it offered. I am not sure why it is called Tierra Maya Spa and Sanctuary. Maybe spas services are offered on site, but I did not see a designated area for such services.

Magnifico lugar muy recomendable, bien ubicado, personal amable, estacionamiento incluido( privado) justo enfrentre de la puerta del hotel, limpio.

El lugar esta súper bonito, las fotos son como se muestran aunque parecen más grandes pero la verdad muy bien el lugar. Y el personal súper amable y agradable siempre dándonos solución a todo. A dos cuadras del centro.

Excelente hotel y servicio, el único detalle es que tienes que caminar unas cuadras para el desayuno.

Location is okey - but the rooms are out in front of the local street, with some traffic. To call this place a "spa & sanctuary" is a stretch. WIFI was not working, there was no service in the bar and the hotel offered little or nothing to do. The pictures "oversells" the place.

Fue un fin de semana increíble, la atención de lo mejor, personal muy amable, habitaciones hermosas instalaciones muy limpias, no existe queja alguna, es un lugar muy cómodo.

Our room was beautiful and clean with very comfortable bed and great shower. Six rooms border a pretty patio garden with pool. Quiet. Food is just a couple of level blocks away. Very nice staff gave us as many coffee pods as we desired.
