Great location. Coffee machine in room.biscuits, toothbrush, razor. Toiletries smelt lovely. Meal good. Staff very friendly. Nothing was too much bother. Lovely view from room . Good value for money.

Room was quite small but was beautifully decorated.

"Comfy countryside stay in the middle of the IOW"

My room (1) was lovely. Comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches.

Radiator was noisy. Dinner wasnt great. Sweet potato and chick pea lasagne was not good barely any pasta, no chickpeas and a massive amount of grated cheese. Chips n salad lovely.

"Cycling holiday"

We recently had a wonderful stay at the Chequers Inn. Whilst cycling around the island with our ten year old son for charity. The hotel was very accommodating of our bikes and luggage and the room was perfect for a night to relax. In the morning we were served by the lovely Tina who was super friendly, the breakfast was lovely and would certainly return if visiting the island.
