+ Great location (close to the bus/airport bus and subway) also Gangnam is a very cool modern part of town + Wonderful Korean breakfast buffet!! + Great value for money + Clean in general

- a bit noisy room due to traffic outside - some stains on the bed sheet but we asked them to change it and they did - no hot water on the first night but remaining nights it was normal - bed was not so comfy
