The service was great, super professional all the staff, they help with me luggage, they have room service, restaurant in the same hotel, breakfast was ,plus for us, not need to worry to go out look for food , especially for the first 2 days, we coming for long trip the United States, everything was great, Thanks Mercure Ariosto Miraflores, for sure we coming back soon

Breakfast included at the rate of the room is great. Breakfast buffet was very good, customer service was great, nice hotel, great location and area. Very safe, comfortable room although the bathroom was a bit small.

Management didn't know how to treat guests, you can't have visitors for more thsn an hour, after that they will start bothering ypu with massive calls, they advertise themselves as a hotel with parking, surprisingly they only have three parking spaces for the whole hotel, had to wait for about one hor to find a parking space, in short i wouldn't recommend it.

First off, this property is based on false advertisement. Before booking, looking at the picture, I thought I was going to have a view facing the ocean but it wasn’t the case. Also, it said I could get a room upgrade on Expedia but I was denied that on bases that they don’t know what is on Expedia. The staff were helpful sometimes. The breakfast was good.

"Fine hotel in Nice Area of Lima"

As expected. Positives: Comfortable hotel with nothing to write home about. In a nice, safe area. The breakfast options were good. Negatives: Charged us for an extra guest because our Hotels.com booking stated 1 guest even though that’s the default. That has never happened to us in years of using Hotels.com which generally display “room rates” not per person rates. The additional fee was $32 per night which felt unnecessary.
