Location was great. Staff was VERY helpful and friendly. We forgot to check the electricity/power for Peru and the straightener I brought was not compatible. I let them know and they had their facility manager bring us some plug that reduced the power so I could use my straightener without breaking it. Their staff is what my stay so enjoyable. They always greeted us and asked how we were doing. Loved this place.

Beautiful property, wonderful and well- trained staff, I can't imagine how they could have made things any better. The room was lovely and very clean. I only wish for a slightly roomier bathroom.

This review is specifically to room 306 and room 505. When I checked in lovely staff at the desk I asked for an upgrade as I am Expedia Platinum they said all the rooms are the same except for sweets and sweets were not available so if you're expecting an upgrade on an Expedia it's not happening secondly I went up to the room and the room was very warm. Long story short two days later they changed us to a block of rooms that had air conditioning the room in 306 does not have air conditioning please keep that in mind. Moving downstairs to the gym you will find a broken treadmill a elliptical a recumbent bicycle. Keep that in mind. Breakfast everyday was delicious and varied and they're food at the restaurant was nicely presented and good. For those of you that read my posts I travel a lot. It would have been helpful to me to have had the details before I would have booked this hotel.
