"Exceptional"

The staff was just super nice, we had car problems and tow truck would not get there for an hour and 30 minutes, they let us stay in the hotel lobby to wait for the tow truck driver. When I go back to visit my son I would definitely stay there.

"I was very comfortable in the room."

The room was very clean and fresh. The beds were good/ not sagging. Breakfast was good.

Staff wasn't readily available at check in. Was not able to call the front desk because they were away from the front desk. The in room TV programing was very poor.

"Excellent experience"

The building was quite nice, well maintained, and very clean. The best part was Candace, the wonderful lady working the morning breakfast service. My son and I have many food allergies, and even though she was obviously working hard on many things at the time, Candace voluntarily made us a separate meal that was not only safe for us, but the best breakfast we had on our week-long trip! We'll happily stay here again if in the area.

"Clean, comfortable, but leaving quite a bit to be desired for the price."

The hotel and front desk staff were great. Smooth check in, nice clean room. We slept great! Now for the less than great… There is no parking close to the hotel. You have to park across the street. The breakfast was horrible. Stale ham egg and cheese biscuits. No fresh coffee. It was barely even warm at 7AM when breakfast opened. Nothing for the kids to eat. 2 choices of cereal. Raisin Bran and plain corn flakes. There was a waffle maker but no batter. The breakfast was a 0/10. The WiFi was also very slow. Most of the cable channels did not work. No kids channels. The tv was not a smart tv so we could not even log into our own streaming services. (Modern problems I know lol) The location was nice, but it was advertised at 19 miles from Mountain View. It was actually around 35. (40 min drive)

Great stay. The room was clean. Nice employees at front desk and at breakfast. The breakfast was tasty. The only improvement is new pillows are needed (they are flat). Easy check-in and check out progress. Not much more to say but this has to be 200 words.

"Clean-ish"

Staff was friendly. The parking is not great at all. Definitely enough space for the size of the hotel. Everything was still in good condition. One of the beds in my double bed room had not so clean sheets. I just checked the other bed and stayed the night in it.
