Cobblestone Inn & Suites Fairfield Bay

Everything was nice however the room was not as clean as it should’ve been. I did find some toenail clippings from a previous customer that were left in the carpet so the carpet was not completely cleaned, and I found some long black hairs in the bathroom that were not mine I have short gray hair But everything else was pretty nice.

Nothing worked right. The tvs didnt work nor did the bedroom door to our suite. They actually charged our card again fir the room even thougb we paid through hotels.com. we spent 40 more dollars than we would have if we would have just booked through them. Now the front desk guy was very helpfull he is the reason i gave it any stars. We called them when we were traveling home and realized we were almost out of money due to them charging us twice and the lady we spoke with was so rude about it and when i told her about them over charging me and they took my money to get home on and i Was traveling with my 2 kids she laughed. I didnt see where it was funny at all.

Room was very clean. Much bigger than expected. Hotel staff was very friendly. The best part was the hotel was quiet. Would without a doubt stay here again.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. There are only a few parking spaces in front of the hotel so we had to park in a parking lot across the street. The breakfast offered by the hotel was horrible. The biscuits were so hard we couldn't bite into them.

I originally pit in a room that was not up to par in many ways (bear with me), I was even going to demand a refund and leave, but ANA turned my frown upside down. She came to my room and tried to remedy my multiple problems to no avail. She quickly found me another room, which was perfect and she provided great customer service quickly, efficiently and was very friendly, warm and accommodating. I now, would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Ana for being such a good employee and a positive representative!

Enjoyed our stay!! Breakfast was very good!! Location next to my DKG conference was so helpful!! Will stay again in future!! Hotel was quiet and peaceful!! Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Restaurant and bar were nice and staff were very courteous.

It was great but there was no shampoo in the shower.

I understand the Hotel has been taken over by the resort club and will no longer be treated as a Cobblestone location. Sad! From my experience, club locations have always been sub standard and not very accommodating. Hopefully, it doesn't get turned into an over priced poorly ran resort stop.

Excellent stay for 2 nights staff were great. The rooms were fantastic clean, beds were perfect comfortable. All non smoking rooms. The morning breakfast is hot and nice. I’m coming back for July 4th to stay again. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was clean and new A/C blew cold

*At check in lady spoke very little English. I booked a king, and she gave us 2 queens. *the ice machine was broken * I tried to use the customer laundry. There was a sign in the laundry room that said, "soap was available for purchase", when I asked, there was none. * there is literally nothing in this town anymore but several empty buildings and only 1 place to eat dinner. * Including tax the room was $159 and change. *free breakfast was included, but here's the thing (QUITE LITERALLY THE WORST BREAKFAST I EVER HAD, IN ANY HOTEL, EVER!!) which honestly is saying a lot. I've been traveling the country for over 50 years. * this was the sum of the breakfast counter *** 2 containers that held cereal *** a pastry rack that contained - 1 plain bagel - 2 slices of white bread - 2 slices of wheat - in the bottom about 6 - 1" round cinnamon rolls? I attempted to take one but it was hard as a rock. And on the top a bowl of what appeared to be runny cream cheese? IDK. It was just plopped there in a bowl *** cold scrambled eggs *** cut up hot dogs over loaded with cut up bell peppers and onions It was just weird. If you pay $160 bucks a night, you should not have to have this, to wake up to. Such a disappointment!!!
