what is not to like about this location? It’s quiet fantastic views the rooms are amazing well thought out and everything is catered for very thoughtful little touches as well.

"Perfect, but take a cab to get there!"

The nicest place we stayed on the Cotswold. Room was perfect for three. Breakfast was the best we have had.

Trying to reach the property by foot. The owner provides excellent instructions but you should take a cab from Cold Ashton to the b&b instead of trying these busy roads, especially during rush hour. Note, this is not included in our rating.

I stayed behind the actual farmhouse steps away in a converted barn. A beautifully situated and secluded room, which was blissfully quiet. Everything I needed, including tea, coffee, and cookies! The lovely deep bathtub was luxury after a day of walking through the Cotswolds. The views from the dormer window were absolutely stunning. Fields forever, and a beautiful sunset.

There was nothing not to like about this property. I was very impressed.
