Toghill House Farm

Staff is very friendly. I had rooms 5 & 6 for solo traveler. The rooms were combined to make a bathtub and roller area. It’s at the very top so 1 extra set of stairs when you open your door. It has a claw tub. Beautiful views.walked around and petted the rooster and the pet rabbit. Be prepared for the rooster to wake you up at 4:30am during summer months. He was still going at it until 7:30am. Had a wonderful English breakfast. I walked the Cotswold Way. Even with the directions it was hard for me to get to the location and I was lost for about an hour. Once you’re there you will enjoy the farm.

Had the most amazing time staying here, didn’t want to leave! It’s in a picturesque and perfect position for ease of access into Bath city centre. Our bed was super comfortable and the breakfast cooked to perfection! Laura the owner is lovely as are all the staff. Will definitely be returning 🥰

We were hiking the Cotswolds Way and the farm is bit off the path. It was definitely an adventure to follow the walking directions to the farm. We wished there were a restaurant/pub on site or closer by.

Très bon accueil par Laura, la maison a beaucoup de charme et les environnements sont splendides. La situation est idéale pour Bath, le sud des Cotswolds et le concours hippique de Badminton (mai). La vue sur la campagne depuis la chambre est belle. Le parking est spacieux et facile. Les petits déjeuner sont très bons, copieux et servis dans une belle véranda. La chambre pour 4 est confortable, spacieuse et correspond aux photos.

Quelques mites dans la chambre, une odeur de renfermé ou d'humidité (mais certainement difficile de faire autrement dans une vieille maison en pierre) et la douche n'est pas très confortable (réglage de la température compliqué et faible débit, comme souvent avec les douches électriques instantanées typiques en UK).

Location fine for walking the Cotswold Way. Breakfast good and hostess very pleasant. Thank goodness we were provided with a description of how to get to the accommodation from the trail which is signposted. Roads very busy and scary to cross.
